I found the staff cute. They were always available to assist. the location proved ideal for exploring. i thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the residence space. It was a nice touch. the doorman, kieran, offered really good service and seemed genuinely invested in guest satisfaction!
i found the pool area to be rather crowded. securing a spot proved challenging. i was not informed a reservation was necessary.

i found a couple of issues that bothered me. there were hairs on the bed linen when i arrived, which wasn't very appealing. also, the bath in my room was surprisingly small for the price i paid.

I found hairs that weren't mine on the bed. The bathtub was small for the level of room I booked. Tissues were not available at breakfast, inconvenient.
