cute staff ideal location complimentary snacks really good service
I found the staff cute. They were always available to assist. the location proved ideal for exploring. i thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the residence space. It was a nice touch. the doorman, kieran, offered really good service and seemed genuinely invested in guest satisfaction!
i found the pool area to be rather crowded. securing a spot proved challenging. i was not informed a reservation was necessary.

the location provides convenient access to many attractions. it is right in the heart of leicester square. it is a short walk to various points of interest. the hotel is also well-connected via public transportation.

the location was quite convenient for seeing the sights.
i found a couple of issues that bothered me. there were hairs on the bed linen when i arrived, which wasn't very appealing. also, the bath in my room was surprisingly small for the price i paid.

the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions. the decor stood out with heated toilets, a feature i found quite nice..

fresh tea healthy choices bathroom lighting
I appreciated the fresh mint tea at breakfast, a great start to the day. The breakfast buffet offered many healthy choices and the service was prompt. I also liked the bathroom lighting and the high-end products provided there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room to be clean. The facilities were good overall.
I found hairs that weren't mine on the bed. The bathtub was small for the level of room I booked. Tissues were not available at breakfast, inconvenient.
